摘要
对香蕉皮提取物的抗氧化性进行研究,并将其作为护手霜的添加剂,通过正交试验优化得到护手霜的最佳制备方法。结果表明,随着香蕉皮提取液用量的增加,所制备护手霜的抗氧化性逐渐提高,48h内保湿效果良好,保湿率均大于90%。
The antioxidant property of banana peel extract was studied and used as the additive of hand cream.The optimum preparation method of hand cream were obtained by orthogonal experiment optimization.The results showed that the oxidation resistance of the hand cream prepared was gradually increased as the increase of the amount of banana peel extract,the moisturizing effect was good in 48 h,and the moisturizing rate was all over 90%.
