高精度水体透明度自动测量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 水体透明度是衡量水质好坏的重要指标之一,水体中存在的悬浮物,使光辐射衰减,降低了透明度。利用红外光或者激光通过水体,检测光强减弱程度来确定水体透明度测量值的方法由于非线性等因素,存在测量误差大、稳定性差等缺点,结合水体透明度测量国家标准,利用摄像头拍摄塞克盘视频,截取视频流中的帧图像,并对帧图像进行阈值处理,采用压力传感器获取测量数据,经过CPU控制计算和处理,得到高精度水体透明度测量数值。将酱油、泥水、清水作为测试样本,并与实际值进行比较,实验表明,采用基于图像处理技术的水体透明度精确度可达到亚厘米级。 Water transparency was one of the important parameters for judging water quality. The water transparency was reduced by Light radiation attenuation for suspended objects in water. The measurement error and stabitity of water transparency caused by the methods for using laser technique or infrared technique were existed. A high precision measurement method of water transparency based on image processing technique was researched. Combined with national standard of water transparency, the measurement data were obtained by pressure sensor and processed hy CPU. Compared with the real value, the experimental data that obtained from the sample of soy sauce, mud water, clear water were near the real data, and the water transparency precision based on image processing was reached precision of sub-centimeter class.
