摘要
低轨星座卫星通信系统关键技术分为切换管理技术、星际链路技术、接入控制技术、信道分配技术,而优秀的信道分配策略不仅能很好的平衡新用户呼叫阻塞率和切换失败率,也能降低系统的复杂度。通过分析固定信道预留策略的优缺点,在固定信道预留的基础上提出了一点改进,即在预留固定信道的同时,将上一个小区发生切换的用户的信道预留给下一个小区将要发生切换的用户,最后通过仿真对比,发现新的策略在保证用户切换成功率的同时,降低新用户的呼叫阻塞率,使系统获得更好的服务质量。
The key technologies of the LEO communication system are divided into: handover management technology, inter-satellite link technology, access control technology and channel allocation technology. An excellent channel allocation strategy can not only well balance the call blocking rat and handover failure rate of new users, but also can reduce the complexity of the system. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the fixed channel reservation strategy, An improvement is proposed on the basis of fixed channel reservation strategy. That is, while using fixed channel reservation strategy, the channel of the user that has switched in the previous cell is reserved for the user who will switch in next cell. Finally through simulations and comparison, it is found that the new strategy can reduce the call blocking rate of new users while ensuring the success rate of user handover, and make the system get better service quality.
