摘要
利用3个遗传基础不同的组合PH6WC×C8605-2,郑58×DH08,M54×吉853选育15个DH自交系,采用NCⅡ设计对穗部性状的配合力、相关性进行了研究。试验结果表明:15个DH系的一般配合力方差差异显著,11P03的单株产量一般配合力正效应值最大,11P10的穗行数一般配合力正效应值最大,11P04的穗粗一般配合力正效应值最大。11P09×11F01,11P03×11F06,11P15×11F04,11P06×11F03,11P08×11F02这5个组合的单株产量特殊配合力较高。广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均大于50%的性状为穗长、结实长、穗行数、行粒数、单株产量。不同性状一般配合力对单株产量一般配合力直接作用正效应值最大的性状为行粒数。
In this experiment,15 DH inbred lines were selected from 3 combinations of different hereditary bases,PH6 WC × C8605-2,Zheng 58 × DH08 and M54 × 853 Kat. NCⅡdesign was used to analyze combining ability and correlation of ear traits. The results showed that GCA variance of15 DH lines was significantly different. The largest positive effect value of the GCA of yield per plant,rows per ear and ear diameter were 11 P03,11 P10 and 11 P04,respectively. Yield per plant of the 5 combinations of 11 P09×11 F01,11 P03×11 F06,11 P15×11 F04,11 P06×11 F03 and 11 P08×11 F02 had high SCA effect value. Traits whose Broad-sense heritability and narrow heritability were higher than 50% were spike length,seed length,rows per ear,kernels per row and yield per plant.Path analysis of the GCA of other traits and yield traits showed that correlation coefficient of kernelsper row was the largest. The direct effect of kernels per row on yield per plant was the largest.
