摘要
黏菌显型原质团可以作为研究胞质环流的模式材料,其大型、具有稳定的外质和多泡流动的内质结构,使得对其原生质流的观察、测速变得十分方便。文中描述了一种借助水文浮标测定黏菌显型原质团原生质流流速的方法,通过随机测量流经菌脉的9个气泡,获得气泡流速为25. 83~289. 05μm/s,9个气泡的平均流速为190. 01μm/s,这个数值可以认定为这段菌脉原生质流的流速。这种方法有助于对胞质环流进行定量研究。
Phaneroplasmodium of myxomycetes can be served as a model material for studies on cyclosis. Because of its stabilized ectoplasm,bubbly motile endoplasm and large size,the observation and measurement of the velocity of its protoplasmic streaming became easier. Hydrological buoy method to measure the velocity of streaming was described in this paper. The results showed that the streaming velocity among 9 bubbles selected randomly varied from 25. 83 μm/s to 289. 05 μm/s,and the average velocity was 190. 01 μm/s.
