林蛙卵胶膜多糖的吸湿保湿性及体外抗氧化性 被引量:2

Moisture Absorption and Retention and in vitro Antioxidant Activity of Rana Dybowskii Jelly Coats Polysaccharides

摘要 对林蛙卵胶膜多糖的吸湿保湿性及体外抗氧化性进行测定。以甘油、透明质酸和聚乙二醇(PEG-400) 3种常用保湿剂做对照,测定24 h内卵胶膜多糖的吸湿保湿性,结果表明:卵胶膜多糖具有一定的吸湿保湿能力,24 h内卵胶膜多糖与3种保湿剂综合吸湿能力比较为甘油>透明质酸>卵胶膜多糖>PEG-400,卵胶膜多糖与3种常用保湿剂的保湿能力对比为透明质酸>甘油>卵胶膜多糖> PEG-400;以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,对卵胶膜多糖的抗氧化性进行测定,结果表明:卵胶膜多糖具有一定的还原能力,对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)均有不同程度的清除效果,清除率与多糖质量浓度呈正相关。 Moisture absorption, moisture retention and in vitro antioxidant activity of Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides were measured. Glycerin, hyaluronic acid and polyethylene glycol (PEG -400) were used as contrast, and moisture absorption and moisture retention of Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides were measured in 24 h. The results showed that Rana dybowskii jelly coats pol- ysaccharides had a certain capacity of moisture absorption and retention. Compared with the three kinds of moisturizing agents, the average absorbency of Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides in 24 h was glycerol〉 hyaluronic acid〉 Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides 〉 PEG-400. The moisturizing capacity of polysaccharides and the three kinds of common moisturizing agents in 24 h was hyaluronic acid〉 glycerin〉 egg polysaccharide〉 PEG-400. Ascorbic acid was used as the contrast, and oxidation resistance of Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides was determined. The results showed that Rana dybowskii jelly coats polysaccharides had a certain reducing capacity, and could scavenge ·OH, O2^- · and DPPH · in varying degrees. There was a positive correlation between scavenging rate and polysaccharide concentration.
