三维有限元数值模拟在采空区稳定性评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采空区已成为榆林某煤矿的严重安全隐患之一。针对该矿采空区数量多、体积大的特点,在现场调查和室内力学实验研究的基础上,利用计算机数值模拟技术,采用3DEC软件对采空区围岩的破坏过程进行模拟计算。结果显示,目前该矿采空区稳定性良好;地表作用200kPa荷载情况下,由巷道引起的基岩顶部最大位移为12mm,由巷道造成的地表倾斜度不会超过2‰,由此判定巷道对地表的影响较小;三维有限元数值模拟的方法用于采空区稳定性评价,对矿山的安全生产具有重要的指导作用。 Mined-out area has become one of the serious security risks of a certain coal mine in Yulin. Aiming at the characteristics of large quantity and volume of mined-out area in this mine, on the basis of field investigation and indoor mechanical experiment research, the destruction process of mined-out area surrounding rock was simulated and calculated by using 3DEC software by using computer numerical simulation technology. The results show that the stability of minedout area is good at present. Under the condition of surface load of 200 kpa, the maximum displacement of the top of bedrock caused by roadway is 12 mm, and the inclination of the surface caused by roadway will not exceed 2‰, so the influence of roadway on the surface is less. The three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation method is used to evaluate the stability of mined-out area, and has an important guiding role for the safety production of mines.
