This paper introduces the application of non-bonded prestress in Xi＇an second （Beishiqiao） final settlement factory sewage treatment plant, from the aspects of the structure design, construction and cost analysis and so on, and compares the results from the economic aspect, believing that the non-bonded prestress technology is safety and reliable, technically feasible and economically reasonable, has reference to other projects.
