摘要 针对变曲率竖曲线钢箱梁顶推施工过程中受力复杂、难于控制的特点,提出此类钢梁顶推施工的控制原则。根据邵阳市桂花大桥钢箱梁顶推施工的特点,提出"旋转-容限"控制方法,用于指导钢箱梁在顶推过程中的线型控制和节段拼装,成功解决了施工过程中遇到的困难,保障了施工的安全和质量。 In view of the characteristics of complex force and difficulty in control in the construction process of steel-box girder on vertical curve with changing curvature, the control principle of this kind of steel beam incremental launching construction is put forward. According to the characteristics of Shaoyang Guihua bridge steel box girder incremental launching construction, the "rotation-capacity limit" control method is put forward, which is used to guide the linear control and segment assembly of in the construction of incremental launching of steel box girder. It successfully solved the difficulties encountered in the construction process, and ensured the safety and quality of the construction.
