摘要
DBM支洞洞口边坡为散粒土包裹孤石结构,为了解决边坡稳定性问题,开挖中采用了5m分层开挖、支护紧跟开挖的措施,支护形式采用了IBO R32N型自进式让压锚杆为主体,辅以挂钢筋网喷混凝土的支护体系。为了克服深度超过5m的IBO R32N型自进式让压锚杆钻进受阻难题,以QZJ-100D型潜孔钻为基础进行机具改装,采用分段钻进、分段注浆等形式,成功克服了该地质缺陷,对类似工程有借鉴意义。
The slope of DBM branch hole is a loose-grained soil encases isolated structure. To solve the problem of slope stability, 5 m layered excavation and supporting measures were adopted in excavation, and the support form adopts IBOR32N self-feeding anchor as the main body, supplemented by the support system of hanging steel mesh and shotcrete. In order to overcome the problem that IBOR32 N self-propelled self-drilling of pressure anchor is hindered when depth exceeds 5m, the QZJ-100D submerged hole drilling machine was used to modify the machine tools, and segmental drilling and segmented grouting were used to overcome the geological defect successfully, it can be used for reference to similar projects.
