路桥工程施工周期长、成本高且跨度大,施工单位须开展针对性的施工现场管理,以确保各项环节有序推进。论文从施工质量、安全与成本3个层面出发,分析了路桥工程现场施工管理的重要性,指出了当前路桥工程现场施工管理的难点,并提出了应对措施。

The road and bridge engineering have long construction period, high cost and the large span, the construction unit should carry out the specific construction site management, so as to ensure the orderly progress of each link. Starting from three levels of construction quality, safety and cost, this paper analyses the importance of site construction management of road and bridge engineering, points out the difficulties of current site construction management of road and bridge engineering, and puts forward corresponding measures.
