反共振惯性往复振动筛支撑弹簧的设计

摘要 以反共振理论为基础,建立了"八"字型弹簧组态结构,对结构进行变形分析以及对"八"字型弹簧组态振动分析得到弹簧上下表面始终不会脱离振动体的结论,弥补了以往振动体脱离弹簧的缺点。分析了单个弹簧的轴向和径向刚度,得出弹簧组态结构的刚度公式,最后进行了实验,证明了结构的可行性和可靠性。 Based on the anti-resonance theory, the "eight" type spring configuration structure has been established.Firstly, the vibration process and the amplitude of the structure are analyzed.The amplitude of the anti res- onant inertia reciprocating vibrating screen is improved when the resonance phenomenon occurs.The deformation of the structure was analyzed, through the analysis and through the analysis of the configuration vibration of the "eight" type spring, it is obtained that the upper and lower surfaces of the spring will never be separated from the vibrator body.It makes up for This kind of defect of the past vibrator detached from the spring.The axial and radi- al spring stiffness of a single spring was analyzed.Get the spring combination stiffness formula.
