基于ZigBee技术的无线测温系统在对辊式磨粉机的应用

摘要 随着智能化时代的进一步推进,对有关磨粉机的相关参数控制提出了更高的要求。特别是在辊式磨粉机的温度测量与控制方面,为了实现对辊式磨粉机磨辊的温度进行实时监控,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线测温系统方案。该系统主要包括温度传感器节点、路由器节点和数据接收节点,节点之间采用ZigBee技术实现无线通信。该方案设计成本低、易组网、可靠性高,具有十分广阔的应用前景。 With the further advancement of the intelligent era, higher requirements have been placed on the relevant parameters of the mill. Especially in the temperature measurement and control of the roller mill, in order to realize the real-time monitoring of the temperature of the roller of the roller mill, a wireless temperature mea- surement system scheme based on ZigBee technology sensor node, a router node and a data receiving node was designed. The system mainly consists of a temperature , and ZigBee technology is used to realize wireless commu- nication between the nodes. The scheme has a lower designing costs, easy networking, and high reliability, also has a very broad application prospect.
