头静脉分支架桥术行重建动静脉内瘘1例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨头静脉存在小段狭窄时的内瘘重建方法.方法 利用头静脉分支架桥术（将头静脉分支与原内瘘处头静脉端侧吻合）行内瘘重建术.结果 术后复查前臂血管彩超提示动静脉内瘘通畅,随访6个月,患者动静脉内瘘通畅,血流量可达300 mL/min,可满足血液透析需要.结论 该方法虽不属于常规术式,但为存在前臂静脉小段狭窄的患者建立自体动静脉内瘘提供了一种可选择的方式.
