Safety Status Analysis and Recommendations of Loading and Unloading Pipes for Mobile Pressure Vessel

移动式压力容器进行装卸作业时,都须用到装卸用管。装卸用管一旦出现故障,往往会引发安全事故。所以,装卸用管的安全质量影响着装卸作业的安全运行。目前国内法规对装卸用管安全质量的监管,除公称压力、爆破压力和耐压试验外,其它方面如生产、经营、使用、检验等环节都没有提及更多的要求。本文就当前装卸用管的安全质量现状及存在问题进行了分析,并就提高装卸用管的安全质量提出建议。

Loading and unloading pipes are necessary for mobile pressure vessel during loading and unloading operation. Failure of the loading and unloading pipe is likely to cause safety accidents. Therefore, the safety quality of loading and unloading pipe affects the safety of loading and unloading operation. Except the nominal pressure, burst pressure and pressure-resistant test, there is no other requirement by current domestic regulations for the supervision of loading and unloading pipes＇ safety quality, such as production,management,using and inspection process etc.This article analyses the present safety quality situations and existing problems of loading and unloading pipes, and proposes some recommendations for improving safety quality of loading and unloading pipes.
