摘要
大车平衡梁是中大型起重机的主要结构件之一,通常采用铰接的方式来连接下横梁和大车运行台车。根据其使用特点,为保证起重机安全性,设计时除考虑常规刚度、强度条件之外,特别需要进行疲劳强度计算。本文主要通过实例介绍其铰接处疲劳强度计算方法,并提出结构优化设计方案。
The balance beam is one of the main structural parts in car for medium and large crane,which usually uses the rotating shaft to connect the lower beam and the crane cart bogie. According to its usage characteristics, ant to ensure the crane safety, it is particularly necessary to calculate the fatigue strength in addition to considering the conventional stiffness and strength conditions. In this paper,the calculation method of fatigue strength of hinged joint is tell by an example, and the optimization design scheme is put forward.
