Research on Reducing of Inspection Risk on Elevator Braking Test

为有效预防因电梯制动试验失效导致的设备损坏或人员受伤事故,本文通过研究国家相关和安全技术规范对电梯制动试验检验的要求,分析设置电梯制动试验的检验目的,对影响电梯制动试验失效的危险源进行辨识和逐一进行分析,并提出相应地措施和做好制动试验失效的安全保护,从而降低电梯制动试验的检验风险,确保检验安全。

To effectively avoid equipment damage or personnel injury caused by failure of elevator brake test, by studying requirements of relevant national regulations and safety technical norms on elevator brake test and inspection, this paper analyzes the purpose of setting up inspection on elevator brake test, identifies and analyzes danger sources which will lead to failure during elevator brake test, put forward corresponding measures and suggest to take well safety protection for brake test fails, to reduce risks and ensure safety of inspection for elevator brake test.
