本文结合现场的一些实际检测对平衡系数的几种不同的检测点和不同的检测方法做了一些分析和比较,其中包括平衡系数图形和平衡系数大小的比较,以及在实际检测中可能出现偏差的几个原因。本文在变频器输入端和输出端平衡系数检测中用了从零载货到满载货的全图形,这种方式在实际检测中较少使用,但这种全负荷图形对从整体上理解平衡系数图形有很大好处;同时,本文还对不能达到全速运行的低层站电梯用检修速度进行平衡系数的检测做了一些开创性的探讨。

This paper has made some analysis and comparison based on the actual test for the balance coefficient using several different testing point and different measuring methods, including the graphics of balance coefficient and the value of balance coefficient, and the actual detection deviation which may occur for several reasons.This paper used the whole pattern from zero load to full load cargo which is rarely used in the actual detection, but it has great advantage for understanding the whole pattern of balance coefficient. At the same time, this paper also makes some new research on the balance coefficient detection using the inspection speed for the low-landing elevator which is difficult to reach full speed.
