摘要 针对高耗能设备量大面广,用能分散,节能减排缺乏有效切入点的现实瓶颈,本文运用信息传感和互联网技术,设计绿色智慧用能互联网云平台,并提出用云平台结合工程技术中心的运营模式,整合分散用能产业链,做绿色智慧能源供应商。即通过互联网+智慧锅炉、炉窑,将分散用能企业互联互通,利用大数据整合产业链资源,并通过工程中心技术支撑及合同能源托管运营,使耗能设备安全、节能及环保运行。在应用上,已开发了具有自主知识产权的锅炉物联网监测系统,创建了锅炉物联网监测智慧云平台,并建立了日常巡视值班制度和诊断处置机制,已有133台在用锅炉接入平台。平台运行期间,已成功消除20余次安全隐患,监测到上千次能效超标报警,成功帮助80余家企业节能,取得良好社会效益和节能效果。 In view of the high energy consuming equipment widely used,energy using dispersed and the lack of effective energy-saving and emission reduction method, the internet cloud platform on green and intelligence energy using was designed by using information sensing and internet technology. It is also proposed to integrate the operation mode of the cloud platform with the engineering technology center, and integrate the decentralized energy industry chain to be a green intelligent energy supplier. Through the internet + intelligent boilers and furnaces, the dispersion energy enterprises were interconnection and interoperability. Using big data to integrate industrial chain resources, and through the engineering center technology support and contract energy trusteeship operation, the energy consumption equipment was made safe, energy saving and environmental protection operation. In the application of the project, a boiler IOT monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights has been developed. The intelligent cloud platform for the IOT monitoring of the boiler has been established, and the daily patrol duty system and the diagnosis and disposal mechanism have been established. 133 boilers have been connected to the platform. During the operation of the system, more than 20 security risks have been successfully eliminated, and more than 1000 energy efficiency warning reports have been carried out, which has successfully helped more than 80 enterprises to save energy, and achieved good social and energy-saving effects.
