摘要
介绍空气纯化器工作原理,指出空气纯化器是典型的承受循环载荷的压力容器,分析了空气纯化器疲劳失效原因;根据长期积累的生产实践经验,总结归纳出基于疲劳失效预防的空气纯化器设计制造特点和对法规标准的理解应用以及完善建议。
In this paper, the working principle of air purifiers is introduced, it is pointed out that air purifiers are the typical pressure vessels under cyclic loads, and the causes of fatigue failure for air purifiers are analyzed; according to the practical experiences accumulated for a long time, the designing and manufacturing features of air purifiers based on fatigue failure prevention are summarized; at the same time, the understanding, applications and suggestions for improvement about the related regulations and standards are summarized.
