康复护理措施在脑卒中患者中的应用价值及其对患者日常生活能力和不良心理情绪的影响

Application value of rehabilitation nursing measures in stroke patients and its influence on daily living ability and unhealthy psychological mood

目的研究康复护理措施在脑卒中患者中的应用价值及其对患者日常生活能力和不良心理情绪的影响。方法 116例脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和常规组,各58例。常规组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用康复护理措施,对比两组患者不良情绪与护理满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,实验组护理满意度为94.82%,明显高于常规组的81.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者采用康复护理措施能显著提高患者的生活质量,改善护患关系,缓解患者的不良情绪,使护理满意度得以提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application value of rehabilitation nursing measures in stroke patients and its influence on daily living ability and unhealthy psychological mood. Methods A total of 116 stroke patients were divided by random number table into experimental group and conventional group, with 58 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of conventional nursing. The unhealthy mood and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depresion scale（SDS） score（P〉0.05）. After nursing, both groups had lower SAS and SDS score than those before nursing, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had lower SAS and SDS score than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the experimental group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree as 94.82% than 81.03% in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing measures for stroke patients can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, alleviate patients＇ unhealthy mood, and improve nursing satisfaction. So this method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
