健康教育在慢性胃炎护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of health education in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的研究健康教育干预在慢性胃炎护理中的临床效果。方法 80例慢性胃炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用健康教育干预。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者生活满意度指数A量表(LSIA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.258, P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者LSIA评分为(20.58±4.85)分,高于对照组的(17.24±4.37)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.236,P<0.05)。观察组患者健康知识总掌握率为92.50%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.038,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.914,P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃炎患者实施健康教育干预可有效提升治疗效果,临床推广价值极高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of health education in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 80 chronic gastritis patients were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received health education intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on quality of life score, health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in life satisfaction index A scale（LSIA） score between the two groups（t=0.258, P〉0.05）. After intervention, the observation group had higher LSIA score as（20.58±4.85） points than（17.24±4.37） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（t=3.236, P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher health knowledge mastery rate as 92.50% than 65.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=9.038, P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 97.50% than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=3.914, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of health education intervention for patients with chronic gastritis can effectively improve treatment effect, and it contains high clinical promotion value.
