摘要
从标准的适用范围、母材分类、焊材分类、焊接工艺评定因素分类、评定原则、试样检验项目、试样评定标准、其他材料的补充规定等8个方面,对DL/T 868—2014《焊接工艺评定规程》和NB/T 47014—2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》两个焊接工艺评定标准进行分析对比,总结了两个标准存在的主要差异,并提出了修订意见。
From eight aspects： applicable scope, base material classification, welding material classification, welding procedure qualification factor classification, welding procedure qualification evaluation principles, sample inspection items, qualification standard of sample and additional provisions for other materials, analysis and comparison of DL/T 868-2014 ＂Qualification standard for welding procedures＂ and NB/T 47014-2011 ＂Welding procedure qualification for pressure equipment＂ are carried out. Meanwhile, the main differences between these two standards are summarized and some suggestions are put forward.
