关于场车规程中坡度检验要求的几点思考

Several Ideals on Requirements for Slope Inspection in Special Purpose Motor Vehicles Technical Supervision Regulation

新版场车规程中对非公路用旅游观光车辆行驶路线中的最大坡度提出了检测要求,坡度的测量是对机电类设备检验员提出的一个新要求。本文首先介绍了坡度定义,指出了现实中可能存在的凸形坡、凹形坡、波浪形坡等多种形式的坡型,接着阐述了目前各种主流坡度测试仪器,分为简易式、两点式和跟随式三大类,并分析了各种测量仪器的优缺点,指出了观光车现场检验在现场坡型确认,长度测量和和仪器选用中可能会存在的问题,最后从作业指导书、仪器选用和行驶路线图等角度给出了坡度检验的建议。

The detection requirements of the maximum slope in the route of the garden patrol minibus were put forward in the new version of the special purpose motor vehicles in defined fields safety and technical supervision regulation. The slope measurement project was a new requirement for the inspectors of the mechanic-electrical special equipment. Firstly, the definition of the slope and the various types of slope in the reality were analyzed. The various forms of slopewhich may exist in reality, such as convex slope, concave slope and wavy slope were pointed out. Then the advantages and disadvantages of the current main slope testing instruments include simple type, two-point type and follower type were analyzed, the problems that may be encountered in the field inspection of the sightseeing vehicle were analyzed from site type confirmation, length measurement and instrument selection. Finally, the suggestions for the inspection were given from work instruction, instrument selection and route map in this paper.
