典型城市民生设施质量检测与评价技术现状与展望

摘要 目前民生设施质量基础仍较为薄弱,基于全生命周期的质量控制、检测监测和完整性评价等新技术研究和供给不足,是影响民生设施质量和公共服务全面提升的短板。在中国特种设备检测研究院牵头下,15家产学用单位共同申报"十三五"国家重点研发计划"国家质量基础的共性技术研究与应用(NQI)"专项项目"典型城市民生设施质量检测与评价技术研究"并获得立项。本文主要介绍项目的背景、目标及总体研究方案、预期主要研究成果等相关内容。 However, the quality foundation of people's livelihood facilities is still relatively weak, especiallythe shortage of new technology research and supply in the quality control, monitoring and integrity evaluationbased on the whole life cycle of facilities, which has become a short board that affects the quality of people's livelihood facilities and the overall improvement of public services. Therefore, China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute cooperated with other 14 scientific research institutions proposed the project "Key Technologies Research of Quality Inspection and Evaluation for Typical Urban People's Livelihood Facilities". It was sponsored by the "13th Five-Year" National Key R & D Programs "Common Technology research and application of National Quality Infrastructure", which is called NQI for short. This paper mainly introduces the project background, objectives and overall research program, expected main research results and so on.
