摘要
本文利用脉冲涡流检测技术对带包覆层压力管道焊缝进行了定位研究。自行搭建了一套脉冲涡流检测系统,包含控制单元、信号发射单元、功率放大单元、检测探头等组成部分。利用该装置实现了壁厚10mm Q235钢管,在50mm厚岩棉绝热层和0.75mm厚铝皮保护层下焊缝的定位检测。研究结果对脉冲涡流检测技术在承压设备壁厚腐蚀减薄、埋地管道检测等领域的应用具有指导意义。
Abstract In this paper,pulsed eddy current testing technology was used to determine the weld location of pressure pipes with cladding layer. The testing system of pulse eddy current was established, which includes control unit, signal emission unit, power amplification unit, detection probe and other components.Using this system, the weld location of a Q235 steel pipe with 10mm depth, 50mm rock wool insulation layer and 0.75mm aluminum protective layer was detected successfully. The study results have guiding significance for the application of pulsed eddy current testing technology in the field of wall corrosion detection of pressure equipment and the testing of buried pipelines.
