煤粉热水锅炉生命周期分析

摘要 选用58MW煤粉热水锅炉作为研究对象,运用生命周期评价方法,对供暖用煤粉工业锅炉建设阶段和运行阶段的全过程进行生命周期清单分析,并从资源消耗、环境影响等方面对煤粉工业锅炉进行评价,以提高锅炉系统能效、降低环境负荷和资源消耗。研究结果表明:煤炭是煤粉工业锅炉整个生命周期中消耗量最大的资源,天然气和石灰石次之;温室气体造成的全球变暖是煤粉工业锅炉占比最大的环境成本;热水锅炉运行时间主要集中在每年冬季供暖时期,因此其建设费用依然在生命周期中占有较大比例。 The construction process and operation process of life cycle inventory analysis was produced for a 58 MW Hot-water pulverized coal boiler by life cycle assessment method. Assessment on the resource consumption and environmental impact was carried out to improve the energy efficiency of boiler system, reduce environmental load and save resource. As it can be concluded, among the resource consumption of life cycle in pulverized coal industrial furnace, coal occupies first place, natural gas and limestone comes second; global warming caused by greenhouse gases accounts for the highest proportion in the environmental costs across the life cycle of pulverized coal industrial furnace; hot-water boiler mainly operates in annual heating period, thus construction costs still has the bigger proportion in life cycle.
