锅炉T形接头角焊缝裂纹的原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过对卧式内燃锅炉的内部检验,发现回燃式卧式内燃锅炉前管板与锅壳筒体采用T形接头,不符合《锅炉安全技术监察规程》第3.7.2条要求,随对T形接头角焊缝进行渗透探伤检测,发现右侧角焊缝有一长15mm的裂纹。经过对裂纹产生的原因进行认真分析,认为高温区采用T形接头是裂纹产生的根本原因,提出在对该型式锅炉内部检验时要对T形接头角焊缝增加无损检测项目,并要求使用单位尽快更换锅炉。 Through the internal inspection of horizontal intemal combustion boiler, it is found that the T-shaped joint between the front tube plate of the reburning horizontal internal combustion boiler and the shell and shell body of the boiler does not meet the requirements of Article 3.7.2 of the Boiler Safety Technical Supervision regulations.With the penetration inspection of the T-joint fillet weld, it is found that there is a crack in the right fillet weld with a length of 15 minutes.It is also considered that the T-joint is the fundamental cause of the crack in the high temperature zone. It is proposed that the non-destructive testing items should be added to the angle weld of the T-joint in the internal inspection of this type boiler, and the usershould replace the boiler as soon as possible.
