摘要
管壳式换热器广泛应用于炼化装置,检修时经常对可抽式管束进行清洗或更换,管束能否顺利抽出,取决于换热器的合理结构及吊耳的设置,这不仅关系检修安全,而且更影响检修进度。通过对检修中几例管束拆卸问题的分析,探讨了换热器结构及吊耳的合理设置,并给出了相应的设计建议。建议换热器设计、使用及标准等各方应关注换热器标准的应用与改进。
Pipe shell heat exchangers are widely used in refining and chemical equipment.Drawable tube bundlesare normally cleaned up or exchangedduring repairing.Whether the tube nest can be drawnout smoothly, depends on the rational structure and the setting of lifting lug, which is not only relative to the safety of repairing, but also affect the progress of repairing. According to the analysis of some tube nest disassemble problems, this paperdiscusses the structure of heat exchangers and the rational setting of lifting lug, and gives the the right design suggestion. It is suggested that the applying and improvement of heat exchangersstandard should be concerned.
