摘要
葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)是内质网(ER)上的分子伴侣,同时还广泛存在于细胞质、细胞膜、线粒体、细胞核以及细胞的分泌物中。GRP78的过表达与多种肿瘤引起的微环境变化有密切联系。通过调控GRP78表达水平,或者把GRP78做靶标分子等对肿瘤发病研究以及治疗有重要意义。文章就GRP78在肿瘤治疗中应用研究作简要综述。
Glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78) is a molecular chaperone on the endoplasmic reticulum(ER). It is also extensively expressed in the cytoplasm,cell membrane,mitochondria,and nucleus which can secrete outside cells. The over expression of GRP78 is closely related to the change of the microenvironment caused by various tumors. By regulating the expression of GRP78,or using GRP78 as a target molecule,it is of great significance for the study and treatment of tumors. This article briefly reviews the application of GRP78 in cancer therapy.
