《伤寒杂病论》从“精”“神”辨治思路之我见

精和神是中医理论体系的组成部分,精神相交调和,阴阳平和,人即安泰。精和神在中医辨治疾病和预防保健方面具有重要意义,因此须深入发掘古医从精和神辨治疾病的理论和思想。《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中张仲景辨治理论丰富而全面,从精神辨治疾病的思路也是张仲景辨治理论体系的一大特色。其在辨治当中兼顾精和神的状态,注意调和精神。阐释精和神的含义及关系,展现中医辨证理论的特色内涵和思维方法,提炼并总结《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》中的典型证治,学习张仲景从精神辨治疾病的理论,有利于指导临床精确辨证。

Essence and spirit are the constituents of traditional Chinese medicine theory system. When essence and spirit interact harmoniously and yin and yang are well coordinated, the person is in a healthy condition. Essence and spirit are of great significance in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, as well as in illness prevention and health care. Therefore, it is necessary to make an in-depth exploration of ancient doctors＇ theory and thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment from the aspect of essence and spirit. In Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseasesand Synopsis of Golden Chamber, ZHANG Zhongjing elaborates a comprehensive system of essence and spirit theory in differentiating and treating illnesses. Such theory can be one of the characteristics of his idea. Essence and spirit, as ZHANG said, shall be simultaneously considered and in harmony. The paper expounds the connotations and interrelations of essence and spirit in detail, represents characteristic connotations and thinking method of TCM dialectical theory, extracts and summarizes the typical syndromes and treatments in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber. It studies ZHANG Zhongjing＇s syndrome differentiation and treatment theory from the aspects of essence and spirit, with the aim to accurately differentiate clinical illnesses and enhance clinical effects.
