温针灸治疗脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎

Comparison effects of warming needle and conventional acupuncture in spleen stomach deficiency with chronic superficial gastritis

目的探讨温针灸在脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2017年11月我院79例脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组39例及观察组40例,对照组患者给予常规针刺治疗,观察组患者给予温针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者的愈显率为62.50%,显著高于对照组的43.59%(P <0.05),治疗后2组患者各中医证候评分较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组患者畏寒肢冷、大便稀溏评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗后观察组患者生存质量各项评分较治疗前均明显升高,对照组除RP、BP外其他项评分均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组GH、BP评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论温针灸在改善患者的中医证候、提高治疗效果及生存质量方面较常规针刺更具优势,可发挥温针灸温、通、补的作用,对改善患者虚、寒的中医证候,疗效显著。

Objective To explorethe clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture in spleen stomach deficiency with chronic superficial gastritis. Methods 79 patients with spleen stomach deficiency and chronic superficial gastritis were selected as the subjects from January 2015 to November 2017. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group（39 cases） and study group（40 cases）. The control group patients were treated with conventional acupuncture, and the study group were treated with warming acupuncture. The therapeutic effect, TCM syndrome score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 62.50%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（43.59%, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score was significantly reduced, and patients with aversion to cold, stool score were statistically significant between study group and control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of quality of life in study group and other items except RP, BP in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment, the GH, BP score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warming acupuncture has more advantages than conventional acupuncture in improving TCM syndromes, improving therapeutic effect and quality of life. It can play the role of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in warming, clearing and tonifying, and can improve the TCM syndromes of deficiency and cold in patients, and the curative effect is remarkable.
