基于阳生血长理论运用针刺配合雷火灸治疗卵泡发育不良性不孕症

Application of acupuncture combined with thunder and fire moxibustion to treat follicular dysplasia infertility based on Yangsheng Xuezhang theory

目的探寻阳生血长理论治疗卵泡发育不良型不孕症临床疗效。方法将66例单纯卵泡发育不良型不孕症患者分为2组,观察组予针刺+雷火灸,对照组予口服克罗米芬,2组均观察3个月经周期。结果 2组受孕率及临床疗效上无统计学意义,P> 0.05。但在流产人数、足月生产人数、早产人数上比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在阳生血长理论指导下采用针刺配合雷火灸治疗卵泡发育不良型不孕症可振奋阳气,影响下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,从而调整月经周期,促进排卵与受精卵着床,达到治疗不孕的目的。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yangsheng Xuezhang theory in treating follicular dysplasia infertility. Methods 66 cases of simple follicular dysplasia were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion with thunder and fire, control group was given oral clomiphene. Both groups were observed for 3 menstrual cycle. Results There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate and clinical effect between the two groups（P〈0.05）, but there was significant difference in the number of miscarriages, full term births, premature births between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the guidance of Yangsheng Xuezhang theory, acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion for treatment of follicular dysplasia infertility can invigorate yang qi, influence hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis, thus adjust menstrual cycle, promote ovulation and fertilized egg implantation.
