Application value of OKW-1 microwave machine in relieving herpes zoster pain

目的 探讨OKW-1型微波机缓解带状疱疹疼痛的临床疗效及其应用价值.方法 选取2017年1月至2018年2月大同大学附属医院收治的54例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组.对照组27例给予更普洛韦静脉滴注、甲钴胺片口服等常规西医治疗,并给予阿昔洛韦乳膏外涂;观察组27例在对照组治疗基础上采取OKW-1型微波机治疗.比较两组疱疹恢复情况以及疼痛评分.结果 观察组总有效率优于对照组（96.30％比81.48％,P〈0.05）.观察组带状疱疹愈合时间、睡眠时间及疼痛评分等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 微波结合常规治疗带状疱疹的效果优于单一治疗方式,可缓解带状疱疹疼痛,进而提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床应用和推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of OKW-1 microwave machine in alleviating herpes zoster pain .Methods Fifty-four patients with herpes zoster treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Datong University from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and evenly divided into two groups , according to random number table method .Twenty-seven patients in control group were given intravenous propofol treatment , cobaltamine tablets and acyclovir cream; 27 patients in observation group were treated with propofol intravenous infusion , oral administration of mecobalamin tablets and OKW-1 microwave machine treatment .The herpes recovery and pain scores were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （96.30％ vs.81.48％,P〈0.05）.The healing time, sleep time, and pain score of the herpes zoster in observation group were significantly better than those in control group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The application of microwave combined with conventional treatment of herpes zoster can get satisfactory results, of which the effect is significantly better than a single treatment .It can relieve herpes zoster pain, improve the quality of sleep of patients and is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
