540 nm光子联合外用硅凝胶预防外伤后瘢痕增生的效果观察 被引量:3

Preventive effect of 540 nm photon combined with external silicone gel against post-traumatic scar hyperplasia

摘要 目的 探讨540 nm光子联合外用硅凝胶预防外伤后瘢痕增生的临床效果.方法 选择2017年3月至2018年4月运城市中心医院诊治的各种外伤及外科手术后半年内的患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50例)和观察组(n=50例).对照组采用常规硅凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合540 nm光子进行治疗.所有患者均随访6个月,采用手术瘢痕临床评估量表分别从颜色、厚度、柔软度、症状对患者瘢痕修复效果进行评估,比较两组临床疗效.结果 观察组应用540 nm光子治疗次数为(2.60±0.40)次.观察组治疗后6个月的有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后6个月瘢痕的颜色、厚度、柔软度、症状评分均低于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 外伤后患者早期采用540 nm光子治疗可以有效预防瘢痕增生,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用. Objective To investigate the preventive effects of 540 nm photon combined with topical silicone gel against post-traumatic scar hyperplasia .Methods A total of 100 patients who experienced various trauma and surgery within 6 months in Yuncheng Central Hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected . Patients were randomly divided into control group ( 50 cases ) and observation group ( 50 cases ) .Patients in control group were treated with conventional silicone gel . Patients in observation group were treated by 540 nm photon on the basis of treatment for control group . All of patient were followed up for 6 months after treatment .The clinical evaluation scale of surgical scar was used to assess the effect of scar repair according to color , thickness, softness and symptoms , and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared .Results The requirement of 540 nm photon therapy of observation group was ( 2.60 ±0.40 ) times.The effective rate of observation group at 6 months after treatment was 94.00%, which was higher than that of control group (82.00%) , P〈0.05.The color, thickness , softness and symptom score of the scar of observation group were lower than those of control group 6 months after treatment ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Using 540 nm photon therapy in early stage for patient with traumatic can effectively prevent scar hyperplasia and improve the patients's quality of life.It is worthy of popularization and application .
