复方丹参滴丸联合比索洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with bisoprolol in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的研究复方丹参滴丸联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月解放军空军第九八六医院接收的120例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组口服富马酸比索洛尔片,1片/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服复方丹参滴丸,10丸/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标、血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.33%、93.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心脏指数(CI)、心排出量(CO)和左室射血分数(LVEF)水平均显著提高,左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)和左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者的心功能指标显著优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、血小板聚集率和纤维蛋白原水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者血液流变学指标水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗不稳定型心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善患者的心功能和血流动力学,安全性较高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Patients（120 cases） with unstable angina pectoris in the 986 Hospital of the PLA Air Force from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the cardiac function indexes and hemodynamic indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, CI, CO and LVEF levels in two groups were significantly increased, but LVEDV and LVESV levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the cardiac function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood cell capacity, platelet aggregation, and fibrinogen in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the levels of hemodynamic indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, can improve the cardiac function and hemodynamics of patients, with higher safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
