金叶败毒颗粒联合头孢呋辛钠治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床研究

Clinical study on Jinye Baidu Granules combined with cefuroxime sodium in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection

目的探讨金叶败毒颗粒联合头孢呋辛钠治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在武汉市第五医院治疗的急性上呼吸道感染患者92例,根据治疗方法分为对照组(46例)和治疗组(46例)。对照组静脉滴注注射用头孢呋辛钠,1.5 g加入100 mL生理盐水,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服金叶败毒颗粒,10 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均经7 d治疗。观察两组临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组临床症状消失时间和炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为80.43%和97.82%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者退热、咳嗽、咽痛和咽部充血消失时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、降钙素(PCT)水平均显著降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组炎症因子水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论金叶败毒颗粒联合头孢呋辛钠治疗急性上呼吸道感染能够显著改善患者临床症状,降低血清炎症因子水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinye Baidu Granules combined with cefuroxime sodium in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection. Methods Patients（92 cases） with acute upper respiratory infection in the Fifth Hospital in Wuhan from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into control（46 cases） and treatment（46 cases） groups according to different treatments. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection, 1.5 g added into normal saline 100 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinye Baidu Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the inflammatory factors levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 80.43% and 97.82% respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the disappearance time of defervescence, cough, pharyngalgia, and congestion of throat in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the hs-CRP, IL-1β, IL-4, and PCT levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）, and these inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinye Baidu Granules combined with cefuroxime sodium in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the serum inflammatory factors levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
