XN-9000血液分析仪检测血小板相关参数缺失的原因分析及处理策略 被引量:5

摘要 目的 分析XN-9000检测血小板相关参数缺失的原因,探讨相应的解决方案。方法 收集Sysmex XN-9000血液分析仪常规检测血小板相关参数缺失的标本204例,依MCV 〈80 fl且RDW异常、MCV 〈80 fl且RDW正常、MCV〉 80 fl且RDW异常、MCV〉 80 fl且RDW正常分成4组,均进行涂片、瑞氏染色、镜检细胞形态;同时用PLT-F通道检测以上标本,将2种方法的血小板计数结果进行统计学处理。结果 在204例血小板检测相关参数缺失的标本中,镜检发现有不同程度的红细胞形态异常和(或)异常形态血小板增多,MCV 〈80且RDW异常组标本利用PLT-F、PLT-I 2种通道测得的血小板计数差异有统计学意义。结论 引起血小板相关参数不全的原因主要有异常形态红细胞和(或)异常形态血小板,检验人员应根据不同原因采用不同方法进行纠正,同时对MCV 〈80 fl且RDW异常的标本应用PLT-F通道进行PLT复查。 Objective To analyze the reasons for the detection of platelet related parameters detected by XN - 9000, and to explore the corresponding solution. Methods Sysmex XN -9000 blood analyzer was routinely used to detect 204 specimens with missing platelet - related parameters. According to MCV 〈 80 fl and RDW abnormality, MCV 〈 80 111 and RDW normality, MCV 〉 80 fl and RDW abnormality, MCV 〉 80 fl and RDW normality, all the specimens were divided into four groups and subjected to smear, Wright staining and microscopic examination of cell morphology; the above specimens were detected by PLT - F channel, and the platelet count results of the two methods were statistically processed. Results In 204 specimens, microscopic examination revealed different degrees of erythrocyte morphological abnormalities and abnormal morphological throm- bocytosis. In terms of MCV 〈 80 and RDW abnormality group, the difference of platelet count measured by PLT - F channel and PLT - I channel was statistically significant. Conclusion The main causes of platelet - related parameters deletion are abnor- mal morphological red blood cells and/or abnormal morphological platelets. The inspectors should use different methods to correct them according to different reasons. MCV 〈 80 fl and RDW abnormal specimens should be conducted for PLT review by PLT - F channel.
