一体化内镜清洗消毒槽灌注循环管路微生物生长情况调查

A cross-sectional study of microbiological growth in the integrated endoscope cleaning and disinfecting irrigation channels

摘要 目的研究一体化内镜清洗消毒槽灌注循环管路的微生物生长情况,为提高其清洗消毒质量提供参考。方法采用细菌培养和分离鉴定技术,对江西省部分医院一体化内镜清洗消毒槽灌注循环管路细菌生长情况进行定量检测与菌种分布调查。结果 56家医院共采集504份标本,其中98份检测细菌阳性,阳性率为19. 44%,其中不可拆循环管路阳性率达57. 14%。经过分离鉴定,检出细菌25种104株,其中铜绿假单胞菌构成比为48. 00%。结论一体化内镜清洗消毒槽灌注循环管路中不可拆卸管路的细菌阳性率最高,检出细菌种类以铜绿假单胞菌为优势菌群,提示应定期进行微生物学监测。 Objective To study the growth of microorganisms in the perfusing circulation pipelines of integrated endoscope cleaning and disinfecting equipment,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of cleaning and disinfection.Methods Bacterial culture and isolation techniques were used,and the bacterial growth in the perfusing circulation pipelines of integrated endoscope cleaning and disinfecting equipment in some hospitals of Jiangxi province was measured quantitatively and the distribution of bacteria species was investigated. Results In 56 hospitals,98 cases of bacterial culture were positive( 19. 44%),and the positive rate of undetachable circulation lines under cleaner tank was the highest( 57. 14%). 25 different species( 104 strains of bacteria) of bacteria were isolated from the bacterial positive pipelines,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most common strain with a constituent ratio of 48. 00%. Conclusion Bacterial growth positive rate of undetachable pipelines are the highest. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the dominant bacterial specie. It is suggested that microbiological monitoring should be carried out regularly.
