The construction of target recognition system for network-electromagnetic operations

摘要 随着信息技术的普及和发展,作为陆海空天之外的第五空间,网络电磁空间已成为现代信息战争的重要作战域。网电作战目标成为作战双方打击和防卫的关键对象,并贯穿于各个作战域。文章就网电作战目标识别提出网电作战目标识别系统的建设。以美军在其"作战云"理念下建设的目标情报融合系统作为参考,从系统组成要素和系统组织关系等层面对未来网电作战目标识别系统建设提出构想,有益于未来网络电磁空间情报体系框架构设。 With the popularization and development of information technology,network-electromagnetic space has become an important operational domain of modern information warfare as the fifth space outside the land,sea,sky,and space. The goal of cyber warfare has become a key target for combat and defense of both sides of the war,and runs through various operational domains. This paper proposes the construction of target recognition system for the target recognition of network-electromagnetic operations. Taking the target intelligence fusion system built by the US military under the concept of "combat cloud"as a reference,it proposes a vision for the future construction of the target recognition system for network-electromagnetic from the aspects of system component and system organization relationship,aiming at the future network-electromagnetic space intelligence system.
