Air Force Research Laboratory（ AFRL） is a world-leading scientific research institution in the domains of air,space and cyber. AFRL is responsible for the planning,management and implementation of the Air Force ＇s national defense high technology projects. AFRL focuses on provide scientific and information leadership of the Air Force. In this paper,the mission,organizational management and scientific research planning of the AFRL is analyzed,and both the experience and method is summarized. The article also summarized the experience and methods of the AFRL in the personnel training and scientific research planning.
