This paper elaborates the three winning ways of ＂distributed killing ＂ by combing the background,proposing process and connotation of the concept of ＂distributed killing＂of the US military. It conforms to the objective environment of naval battle,conforms to the direction of scientific and technological progress,and conforms to the evolution of war. This paper analyzes several major difficulties and defects in the actual implementation of ＂distributed killing ＂, including command and control problems, ship capacity problems,cost and logistics replenishment problems,and defense effectiveness.
