摘要
分别用硫酸和碱处理方法对EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)表面进行处理,以解决其存在内聚能低、粘接性能差的问题。研究结果表明:表面处理能够清除弱边界层,引入羰基、醚键等极性基团,增加表面粗糙度,明显提高粘接强度。其中用SikaFast-5215粘接打磨碱处理后的橡胶T型剥离强度可达到2.13 N/mm,破坏方式为内聚破坏。
In order to enhance the cohesive energy and bonding strength of EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer),sulfuric acid and alkali treatment were conducted. The results showed that the surface treatment could remove the weak interface layer,introduce polar groups such as carbonyl group and ether linkage,and increase the surface roughness,which could obviously improve the bonding strength. The T-style peel strength of the rubber that bonded with SikaFast-5215 after grinding alkali treatment was 2.13 N/mm,demonstrating the destructive mode was cohesion destruction.
