葫芦巴胶改性水性聚氨酯的制备及性能 被引量:5

摘要 以聚酯多元醇PE-3020、HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)、DMPA(2,2-二羟甲基丙酸)、FG(葫芦巴胶)等为主要原料,合成FG改性WUP(水性聚氨酯)乳液;考察了FG的加入量对乳液外观、粒径、耐水性、力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(FG)=0.3%(相对于WPU质量而言)时,乳液外观呈现半透明泛蓝光,热稳定性高于未改性WPU,拉伸强度达到19.758 MPa,吸水率降低至13.88%,接触角77.5°。综合可知,FG改性的WPU乳液综合性能得到了显著提高。 FG(fenugreek gum)modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized with polyester polyols(PE-3020),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and FG as main raw materials. The effects of the addition amount of FG on the appearance,particle size,water resistance and mechanical properties of the emulsion were also investigated. The results showed that the emulsion had a translucent pan-blue appearance when the amount of FG added was 0.3%,the thermal stability was higher than that of unmodified WPU,the tensile strength reached 19.758 MPa,the water absorption decreased to 13.88% and the contact angle was 77.5°. To sum up,the comprehensive performance of FG modified WPU was significantly improved.
