基于扰动论水泥企业预警指标筛选研究

随着工业的发展,我国水泥企业的发展方向已经转变成以新型的干法水泥为主体的企业,推动了我国水泥企业的不断发展。但水泥企业生产中还存在较多安全事故,威胁着工作人员的生命和财产安全。为减少发生事故的数量,将企业安全管理变被动为主动,可从预警方面进行考虑。在预警时,最先要考虑的是预警指标,文章应用扰动理论就水泥企业安全事故的发生原因、过程进行系统的分析,为水泥企业进行风险预警时预警指标的筛选提供参考。同时,水泥企业必须增强安全意识、增加安全投入、加强安全监督、建立安全管理制度以及预警系统,才能从根本上杜绝安全事故的发生。

With the development of industry, the development direction of China＇s cement enterprises has gradually changed to take the new dry cement as the main enterprise, which has promoted the continuous development of China＇s cement enterprises. However, there are still many safety accidents in cement enterprises, which threaten the safety of workers and property. In order to reduce the number of accidents and the safety management of enterprises can be changed from passive to active, which can be considered from the perspective of early warning. In the early warning, the first thing to consider is the early warning indicators. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the causes and processes of safety accidents in cement enterprises by using the perturbation theory, which provides a reference for the selection of early-warning indicators for cement enterprises when they carry out risk early warning. Meanwhile cement enterprises must strengthen safety awareness, increase safety investment, strengthen safety supervision, establish safety management system and early warning system, in order to eliminate accidents fundamentally.
