综合航天电子产品通用型测试系统的设计 被引量:5

摘要 目前航天电子产品种类越来越多,对电子模块产品的测试要求也越来越高,然而系统测试设备大多需要针对不同的产品建立不同的测试平台,从而造成每套测试平台重复设计、加工,并导致设备利用效率低、资源浪费大等问题。为了提高综合航天电子产品测试系统的通用率和扩展性,提高测试效率,提出了一种基于RS232总线、CAN总线、PCI总线和USB总线的综合测试系统。该系统在硬件上整合了电源模块、模拟量输出和采集模块、高低电平输出和采集模块以及OC门输出和采集模块等资源,软件上由下位机软件进行功能实现,上位机软件进行数据分析和管理,能够满足多种被测设备的多项测试项目的测试需要。实验结果表明,该测试系统测试精度高,运行稳定可靠,资源利用率高,同时提高了测试效率。 There are more and more space electronic products, and the testing requirements for electronic module prod- ucts are becoming higher and higher. However, most of the system test equipment needs to set up different test plat- forms for different products, which can cause repeated design and processing of each set of test platforms, and lead to low utilization efficiency, large waste of resources. In order to improve the universal rate and expansibility of the inte- grated aerospace electronic product testing system and improve the testing efficiency, a comprehensive testing system based on RS232 bus, CAN bus, PCI bus and USB bus is proposed. The system integrates the power module, analog out put and acquisition module, digital output and acquisition module, and OC gate output and acquisition module. The soft- ware is implemented by the software of the lower computer. The software carries out data analysis and data manage ment, it can satisfy a variety of testing items of the measured equipment. The test needs. Experimental results show that the test system has high accuracy, stable and reliable operation, high resource utilization rate, and improved testing effi- ciency.
