摘要 异音是工程结构研发中不能接受的,识别异音频率是消除异音的基础。以工程实际为背景,针对家电产品研发初期的结构异响,设计一种识别造成结构异响的频率的虚拟系统,为结构的改善提供依据。对采集的声压信号进行功率谱变换,其能量主要集中在若干个频率处。通过滤波处理,除去疑似造成异音的某个频率信号。使用扬声器播放滤波前后的声音信号,异音若消失,则该频率就为所要找的异音频率。以某有异音状况的油烟机为实验对象,使用该虚拟系统所识别的异音频率和振动实验所识别的异音频率相吻合,证明了该系统的可靠性。 Abnormal sound is not acceptable in engineering research, and identifying the frequency of abnormal sounds is the basis for eliminating abnormal sounds. With the background of engineering practice, a virtual system that identifies the frequency of structural abnormal noise is designed to provide the basis for the improvement of structure. The power spectrum of sampled sound pressure signals is mainly concentrated at several frequencies. Through filtering processing, remove a suspected frequency signal causing abnormal sound. Using loudspeakers to play the sound signal before and af- ter filtering, if the abnormal sounds disappear, the frequency will be the abnormal frequency. The reliability of the sys- tem is proved by the use of the different sound frequency identified by the virtual system and the abnormal sound frequen- cy identified by the virtual system.
