摘要 针对新一代天气雷达发射机组件故障频发、维修时效长、难度大等特点,提出了一种能够快速、便捷、高效、安全的新一代天气雷达发射机快速检修系统设计方案。该检修系统采用了机外脱机测试方法从而保证了雷达设备和人身的安全。系统使用PC电脑串口模拟产生新一代天气雷达发射机各种测试信号从而对发射机3A10开关组件、3A11触发器组件、3PS1灯丝电源组件、3PS2磁场电源组件等核心组件进行快速检修。系统提供的硬件小巧简单,便于携带,同时也可以离开雷达机房维修发射机组件。系统研制完成后在多个台站进行试用,试用结果表明其效果良好,可以给全国其他新一代天气雷达站快速检修雷达发射机提供借鉴和参考。 Aiming at the frequent failures of the next generation weather radar transmitter components, the long service time and the difficulty of maintenance, a fast, convenient, efficient and safe design plan for the next generation of weath- er radar transmitter rapid maintenance system is put forward. The maintenance system adopts the off-line testing method to ensure the safety of the radar equipment and the body. The system uses PC computer serial port to simulate all kinds of test signals generated by the next generation of weather radar transmitter, so that the core components of transmitter 3A10 switch module, 3All trigger module, 3PS1 filament power supply module, 3PS2 magnetic field power supply mod- ule can be quickly overhauled. The hardware is very simple, easy to carry, and can also leave the radar room to repair the transmitter components. After the completion of the system, it has been tried at several weather radar stations. The trial results show that the effect is good, and it can provide reference for other next generation weather radar stations in the whole country to overhaul the next generation of weather radar transmitter.
