无线温度测量系统在航天热真空试验中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 设计并实现了一种基于数字温度传感器DS18B20的新型无线多点温度测量系统,该测量系统具有30路温度测量通道,适用于测量点多、高低温及真空等环境恶劣试验环境,能无线、实时、高精度地对多达30个测量目标表面的温度进行记录、处理与显示。通过对温度数据的分析,不但可以清楚掌握产品在热真空试验全过程中的温度变化情况,而且还能辅助验证热设计仿真,对热仿真模型进行修正与优化,提高航天产品热设计能力。实验结果表明,该无线温度测量系统测量误差小、灵敏度高,能够同时实现对多点的高精度温度测量。 This thesis designs a kind of wireless temperature measurement system based on the digital temperature sensorDS18B20, the measurement system contains thirty temperature measurement channels,It is suitable for testing environment of multiple measuring points, high and low temperature and vacuum. It also can record, process and display the surface temperature of up to thirty measuring targets in real time and high precision. Through analyzing the temperature data, not only can clearly grasp the product in hot temperature change of the whole test process, but also can verify ther- mal simulation design, modify and optimize the thermal simulation model, improve the ability of thermal designing for aerospace products. The experimental results show that the wireless temperature measurement system has small measur- ing error and high sensitivity, able to achieve high precision temperature measurement for multipoint at the same time.
