基于OPC的物料运输控制方法应用研究

摘要 在实际的运输工程系统中,由于硬件控制能力有限,使得先进算法应用存在一定难度。针对目前阶段物料运输系统控制算法工程实现困难的问题,研究了应用于物料运输的参数自整定模糊PID控制算法,根据三相异步交流驱动电机的转速特性以及物料流量控制原理,建立了物料运输系统的参数自整定模糊PID数学模型,通过建立系统算法模型的基础上,引入了OPC技术,并详细给出MCGS与MATLAB的OPC配置与通信方法,最终结合两者实现了在运输系统中参数自整定模糊PID控制算法应用。结果表明,系统调试过程中OPC通信技术应用方便,控制系统反映出了稳定的通信能力和控制性能并最终达到给定标准,该控制方案良好的实现了上位机数据交换。 In the actual transportation engineering system, due to limited hardware control capabilities, there are certain difficulties in the application of advanced algorithms. Aiming at the difficulty of realizing the control algorithm for the material transport system at the current stage, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm applied to the mate- rial transport was studied. According to the three-phase asynchronous AC motor's rotational speed characteristics and material flow control principle, the material transport system was established. The parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID mathematical model, based on the establishment of the system algorithm model, the introduction of the OPC technology, and gives the MCGS and MATLAB OPC configuration and communication methods, the final combination of the two to achieve the parameter self-tuning in the transport system Fuzzy PID Control Algorithm Application. The results show that the OPC communication technology is convenient to use in the process of system debugging.
